Kale Chips
1 head of kale, or kale leaves from your garden
olive oil
salt
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems, and tear the leaves into bite size pieces.
3. Lightly brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
