Pumpkin Whip Dip

The holidays are here! The holidays are here! This is my first time being a mom, and living in our  new home and I could not be more excited. Anna Ruth and I are a part of a very fun playgroup and this dip is perfect for the holidays, as well as entertaining. I served this with graham crackers and coffee for playgroup and it was a hit!  It's ready in a just a couple of minutes and tastes like such a treat.
Pumpkin Whip Dip (source: http://www.meetthedubiens.com/2010/10/pumpkin-whip-dip.html ) "Meet the Dubiens" is a cool blog too if you want to look awhile. :)
Ingredients:

1 container cool whip, thawed
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can pureed pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Fold in the cool whip.
3. Chill in the 3 refrigerator until serving.
4. Serve with graham crackers, sliced apples, sliced pears, gingersnaps - whatever!

I didn't make any changes to the recipe this time. I do imagine this could be even more decadent with some cocoa powder mixed in, or even some white chocolate chips!-Sara :)
