'Country Style' Slow Cooker Green Beans

Becca here, hoping that you're enjoying what an old friend of mine always refers to as "Christmas Adam".  (Get it?  Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and Adam came before Eve.......ha!)  Anyway, if you need a great dish to take along to a holiday meal, this one definitely travels well, and taste like the green beans at Cracker Barrel.  And while I'm definitely a huge fan of the rolled-with-bacon green bundles, these taste similiarly with a fraction of the hands-on-time and calories too :)

'Country Style' Slow Cooker Green Beans

4 cans cut green beans (2 drained, 2 UNdrained)
1/4 cup dried minced onions
1/4 cup cooked, diced bacon (either from a jar, as long as it's REAL bacon, or bacon that you cooked)
2-3 Tablespoons sugar, to taste (I use organic cane sugar, but regular brown or white would be fine)

Combine all ingredients (note 2 cans of green beans drained & 2 UNdrained) into slow cooker.  Gently stir to combine, and cook on high 2-3 hours, or low 4-5 hours.

Note:  Stirring once will make sure all of the flavors are getting combined nicely & the green beans are cooking evenly, but isn't absolutely essential.
