Baked Garlic Shrimp

Jana here with a restaurant quality shrimp recipe!  I had pinned a recipe on Pinterest for some baked shrimp that looked great.  When I went to look up the recipe, it was a link that didn't work.  I was so disappointed, but I decided to improvise and make up my own version!  The shrimp tastes a lot like shrimp scampi that you would get at a restaurant.  It is very flavorful!  We had it with some brown rice and green beans, but it would be great tossed with some whole wheat pasta!

Baked Garlic Shrimp

1 bag small/medium frozen shrimp, 12-16 oz (with tails off)
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning (or 1/4 teaspoon salt + 1/4 teaspoon paprika)

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Melt butter, and mix olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl.

3. Put shrimp (still frozen) on a cookie sheet lined with foil.  Brush butter mixture on top.

4. Baked for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are hot!
