Jana here with a recipe that is great with spaghetti! When we eat spaghetti, we normally just have ground meat with the marinara sauce. Last time I made spaghetti, I decided to change it up, and made some baked meatballs! They were very quick and easy, and added a lot to the 'regular' meal! Once the meatballs were cooked, I added them to the sauce that I had warming on the stove.
Baked Meatballs
1 pound ground meat (turkey, beef, deer)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (works best if you mix with your hands, but you don't have to)
3. Using your hands, or a small scoop, form the mixture into meatballs. (about 1 1/2 inch around)
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink.
Enjoy!
