Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Jana here with a delicious way to use the seeds from a pumpkin that you have baked! This is so easy, and a snack that is definitely worth making! The pumpkin seeds turn out so light and crispy....you will not be disappointed!
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup (or however many you have!) pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons (appoximately) olive oil
season salt
1. Once seeds have been removed from pumpkin, place on a cookie sheet to dry for 24 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
3. Using a brush, coat seeds with a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle season salt lightly on seeds.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
