Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower



Jana here with a healthy, flavorful side dish!  I got a a head of cauliflower on sale recently, and wanted to find a yummy way to cook it that the whole family would enjoy.  I saw this recipe, and loved how easy and tasty it was!  It was a definite hit with everyone, including my children!

Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower

Head of Cauliflower, with florets removed
2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt
2 taspoons olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.  Toss to ensure that everything is coated with the oil and spices.

3. Place mixture in a small baking dish, and cook for 15-17 minutes.  Stir once during the cooking time.  Cauliflower should be lightly browned and tender.
