Cranberry Salsa

Becca here with a recipe I'm excited to share with you! My friend Johnna mentioned she was making this the other night and I asked (kind of begged, ha!) for the recipe to make myself because it sounded so delicious and unique.  It definitely is delicious, and has a great red & green color that is perfect for this holiday season! It would be the perfect "lighter" side dish or appetizer to take to a family gathering also!  Thanks again to Johnna for sharing it, and I hope you will all try it too!  Enjoy!

Cranberry Salsa

12 oz bag cranberries ( fresh or frozen)
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 bunch green onions, about 6-8
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
2 limes juiced

Combine berries, onions, pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in bowl in a food processor or blender and pulse until combined.

Refrigerate. Serve with your favorite cracker or chip, but we love them with cinnamon pita chips.
