Vanilla Yogurt Pancakes

Jana here with a pancake recipe that is really delicious!  We like to make pancakes for a treat at our house, and I like to experiment with different recipes.  I decided to search for a yogurt pancake, and I found a recipe at that did not did not disappoint!  The pancakes rose very well, and were fluffy like I had hoped.  The texture was also quite different from a traditional pancake becaues of the yogurt.  It was softer, and not chewy at all!  The vanilla yogurt also added a flavor that was really great!  I'm curious to try these next with a different flavor of yogurt, such as blueberry or strawberry! Leave a comment if you try a different type of yogurt, and let us know how it turned out!
