Easy Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

Jana here with an appetizer that is a perfect addition to any meal or potluck!  If you need a quick recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser, this is it!  With only a few simple ingredients, you can make a pretty, delicious appetizer!  I got inspiration for this recipe from All Recipes.

Easy Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or real bacon pieces (or a mixture of both)

1. In a medium sized bowl, mash the cream cheese. Add the ranch dressing mix and cheddar cheese, and mix until well combined.

2. Form the mixture into a ball shape. (I wrapped the mixture in a piece of plastic wrap, and then formed into a ball to avoid the mess)

3. Roll the ball in the pecans or bacon pieces.  (I used a mixture of both, and thought it was very tasty!)

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Make sure it is wrapped in plastic wrap while it is being refrigerated.  Also, the flavors will be best if refrigerated overnight.

Enjoy!
